Participation of women and other excluded groups in peace talks and political bargaining is important for sustainable peace. Clear opportunities to support gender inclusion exist in all phases of a peace process – before, during and after a peace agreement. 

Froilyn Mendoza is the head of the Teduray-Lambangian Women’s Organisation (TLWOI), one of our partner organisations working in the Philippines. She travelled to London earlier this year to take part in our three-day workshop on partnerships, we asked her about her partnership journey with us.
