Pallavi joined Conciliation Resources in March 2022 as the Human Resource and Compliance Manager, based in the Melbourne office. Her role provides leadership in managing the compliance and human resource requirements of CRA for the SEAP team in Australia and abroad, contributing towards department strategy and management.

In 2010, she began her career in Talent acquisition in India, moving to Melbourne in 2016. Pallavi has lead teams based in Australia, India and Malaysia in HR and related functions. She holds an MBA in Human Resources and a degree in computers science alongside professional courses in Java, cyber security, and business continuity.

Pallavi is fluent in English and Hindi, and is currently learning Spanish.
