Megan Fearon is a former Member of the Legislative Assembly and government minister in Northern Ireland.
She brings a unique perspective and passion for peacebuilding and conflict resolution, shaped by her personal experiences and political background. Witnessing first-hand remarkable community transformations, Megan advocates for local ownership of peace initiatives and addressing inter-generational trauma. A former Chairperson of the Northern Ireland Assembly Women's Caucus and All Parliamentary Group on UNSCR 1325, Megan passionately advocates for women leading conflict resolution efforts for lasting peace. She currently works with The Open University in Ireland as Senior Manager for Policy and Public Affairs.
