Henry has forty years experience advising Boards and CEOs on legal, regulatory and financial issues, as well as reputation management and strategy. 

He is a qualified solicitor, and currently runs a business owned by IMB which focuses on advising financial services companies on UK regulation. Previous roles include working as a director of an investment bank, as a plateau partner of an international law firm, and sitting on the Risk Committee of a leading investment bank. In addition to working with some of the UK’s largest financial services companies, Henry has also worked with start-up companies on strategy and funding. 

Henry chaired the More Smiles appeal, which raised £2 million for paediatric intensive care at St Mary’s Hospital in Paddington. He also supports a number of refugee charities.
