As a Finance Assistant, Dilafruz supports Conciliation Resources with maintaining financial records and dealing with enquiries. 

She graduated university in Uzbekistan in 2004, where she obtained a BA in International Relations, and brings her prior experience in Administration Officer roles to Conciliation Resources. She has a Level 3 Diploma in Accounting and started her journey working in finance in the UK as a volunteer for NGOs including the MS Society and Minority Development Advocacy. Dilafruz is currently studying a professional diploma in accounting, and working towards becoming a full member of the AAT body. She has profound interest in project development and asset management.
