Ciaran heads up the Southeast Asia and the Pacific programme for Conciliation Resources, managing the programme's staff based in Australia, the Philippines and London. Ciaran led in developing the organisation's current programme in the Pacific region, including in Papua New Guinea, and he also headed the organisation's efforts to develop and support the 2012 Fiji Constitution development process. He has significant expertise in developing and facilitating dialogue processes, including community and national level processes. Prior to joining Conciliation Resources, Ciaran was the Programme Manager for the Citizens' Constitutional Forum in Fiji. Up to this point, he worked in the private sector, in senior people and programme management positions in the Middle East and Australia. Ciaran holds a Masters in International Development from RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia.
