Conciliation Resources is seeking a diversity, equity and inclusion specialist to provide a thorough review of critical organisational management policies, reporting on their suitability for an organisation that strives to promote inclusion and anti-racism principles. We are asking the consultant to directly review the policies themselves and to accompany us as we look at how they are implemented in practice.

Knowledge and experience

  • Experience of leading an organisational management and organisational change processes, internally or from the outside.
  • Experience of change management and/or process review for organisations with branch/satellite offices in other countries.
  •  Extensive experience reviewing organisational policies, within a framework of gender, equality and social inclusion and/or anti-racism and anti-oppression frameworks more broadly Cross-cultural sensitivity and appreciation.
  • Experience of working in or with an international NGO, particularly in the spheres of peacebuilding, human rights or advocacy.
