The Teduray Lambangian Women´s Organisation (TLWOI), established in 2001, is a federation of 35 community-based women’s organisations of indigenous peoples in the province of Maguindanao. TLWOI is a partner in the current PEaCE for Good Governance project, working in six barangays in the municipalities of North and South Upi in Maguindanao.

Froilyn Mendoza, the head of TLWOI, is a member of the Transition Commission which implements the 2012 Framework peace Agreement on the Bangsamoro.
