Former fighters of Joseph Kony’s Lord’s Resistance Army (LRA) are leaving the bush and trying to return to their communities in South Sudan.

Our report “Back But Not Home: Supporting the reintegration of former LRA abductees into civilian life in Congo and South Sudan” outlines the challenges people face. In an exclusive interview, Radio France International’s Laura Angela Bagnetto speaks to Father Mark Kumbonyaki, the focal person for the LRA Information Interchurch committee in Yambio, who outlines some of these problems.
