Fillmora started her journey as a volunteer in Kwaafrica in 2014 and later transitioning to an employee as the Finance and Admin Officer for kwaafrica. She was also a Bookkeeper for Mifumi UK for three years and then a trainee Account Assistant at KBM a firm of Chartered Certified Accountants and Registered Auditors. She has a solid and profound interest in financial management namely Bookkeeping, Budgeting, Cash flow, and Management Accounts. Fillmora has a B.Ed. in Accounting and an MBA in Banking and Finance.
