Consortium Initiative press release: NGOs ask for more transparency in the Karabakh peace process

This press release has been made on behalf of members of the Consortium Initiative (International Alert, Conciliation Resources and LINKS).  The organisations support the Nagorny-Karabakh peace process by engaging with non-state actors in both Armenia and Azerbaijan, including displaced persons.

The Consortium Initiative has written to the three co-Chairmen of the OSCE Minsk Process (Assistant Deputy Secretary of State Matthew Bryza of the United States, Ambassador Yuri Merzlyakov of Russia and Ambassador Bernard Fassier of France) to applaud work already done in progressing the peace process and to recommend a mechanism for wider dialogue with affected civil communities and greater transparency.
