We are delighted to have signed a four-year framework contract on conflict prevention and mediation support for the EU, for which we were chosen together with our partners from swisspeace, ESSEC IRENE, CITpax, ECDPM, and Search for Common Ground. We place importance on delivering more than 'just a service' by practicing quality control and knowledge management. We hope to assist in the creation of a community of practice with those working in the field. We are genuinely looking forward to this new ambitious endeavour, taking in the lessons learned of past performances to deliver mediation support for the EU which we have executed for the last 5 years.
In 2021, mediatEUr became Conciliation Resources EU/mediatEUr.
