Zara joined Conciliation Resources as Programme Officer, South Asia Programme in April 2021. Her role entails providing project, administrative and logistical support necessary for the implementation of the South Asia programme. Prior to this, Zara worked with the British Asian Trust on implementing livelihood projects across South Asia. 

Zara has a keen interest in conflict resolution processes in Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia. She graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science with an MSc in Conflict Studies in 2019. She is fluent in English and Urdu and has a comprehensive understanding of Hindi.
