Tim leads Conciliation Resources' global support and governance structures, overseeing teams working across legal, compliance, finance, communications, human resources, facilities and fundraising. Tim is a solicitor and engineer with international experience in financial management and strategic development. Since 2014 he has worked with various charities in London, including the British Red Cross, Bail for Immigration Detainees and Reprieve. Prior to joining the charity sector, Tim spent over ten years in project management throughout Asia and Africa with a particular focus on programme implementation, organisational management and development. Tim is currently Chair of a small refugee charity which he co-founded in 2015.
