Natalie Domaas is a Programme Officer at Conciliation Resources. She is responsible for providing administrative, fundraising and policy support to the office as well as organisational support to the Conciliation Resources EU Director. She supports the implementation of EU contracts while ensuring the efficient and smooth running of the team, including external digital communications. She supports the Research, Advisory and Policy department in engagement with EU policymakers in Brussels, and in identifying and preparing EU funding proposals across Conciliation Resources’ global programmes. Natalie’s areas of expertise include fundraising, research, and grant and project management.
Before joining Conciliation Resources, Natalie conducted policy and fundraising work for the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe Party, which is the third largest political party in the European Parliament. Natalie holds a master’s degree from King’s College London in Conflict, Security, and Development studies and has written numerous publications on conflict, peacebuilding, and gender, including for the Journal of Immigrant and Refugee Studies, and focuses mainly on the Sub-Saharan Africa region. Natalie is fluent in both English and French and has a working knowledge of German and Swiss-German.
