Having joined Conciliation Resources in 2019, Esther works on safeguarding, security, compliance and risk management, as well as supporting offices outside London. Previously Esther worked in Operations for a human rights charity and previously worked as a florist, creating a project to teach floristry to women in prison and hospices. Esther has a Graduate Diploma in Law and an MA in African American Studies.
