Chantelle Cummings

Chantelle leads on policy engagement and external representation on gender and inclusion and supports teams to integrate a gender-sensitive perspective into their work.  She has a wide range of experience from across the public, private and voluntary sectors and previously worked for the Commonwealth on gender mainstreaming and the implementation of women's social, political and economic empowerment programmes, including research on women's leadership.  While working for the Institute of Physics she piloted a gender equality kite mark in schools and has served on the executive committee of a women's voluntary peacebuilding organisation.  She holds a Master's degree in Gender Analysis and International Development.
