Roelf Meyer was the National Party government’s chief negotiator during the transition from apartheid. After 1994 he continued in the portfolio of Constitutional Affairs in the Cabinet of President Nelson Mandela. He is now a business person and a consultant on peace processes. This interview was conducted in November 2007.
