The success of Conciliation Resources relies on the passion and dedication of our people - staff, volunteers, partners and board. We work with people impacted by war and violence, bringing diverse voices together to make change that lasts.
We currently have over 50 full and part-time staff members working for us, based in the United Kingdom, New Zealand, the Central African Republic, Kenya, and the Philippines.
We believe in investing in our people and are fully committed to being a diverse and inclusive organisation. Staff members come from a variety of backgrounds and from over 20 different countries. We also have a number of volunteers working with us at any one time. Our volunteers are crucial to our work, committing valuable time, energy and skills.
We work side-by-side with the people affected by conflict – providing connections, developing skills and equipping them to take part in peace processes.
We can only respond effectively to violent conflict by working patiently and persistently across conflict divides. We work with a breadth of people, including international organisations and NGOs, community, business and religious leaders, women’s and youth groups, government agencies, peacebuilders, academics and displaced people.
