This study, which was supported by Conciliation Resources, examines the scope for cooperation in the sphere of higher education across the Line of Control (LoC) in Kashmir.
The authors, Ambassador (Rtd) Arif Kamal and Dr Siddiq Wahid, argue that nurturing cross-LoC institutional links in the education field would help to give substance to people-to-people contacts. This would also inject faith into the idea of "peace dividends" against a backdrop of recurring tensions.
