Tim Hansen

Tim joined Conciliation Resources in January 2018. Tim is a solicitor and engineer with international experience in financial management and strategic development. Since 2014 he has worked with various charities in London, including the British Red Cross, Bail for Immigration Detainees and Reprieve. Prior to joining the charity sector, Tim spent over ten years in project management throughout Asia and Africa with a particular focus on programme implementation, organisational management and development. Tim is currently Chair of a small refugee charity which he co-founded in 2015.

Monica Liljeroth

Monica joined Conciliation Resources in July 2017. She was previously working as a consultant for clients such as Amnesty International Secretariat, ICS-Agrics (Kenya), NDCS and BBC Media Action. Prior to her move into the charity industry Monica spent over 25 year’s in the corporate sector including eight years with Berg Kaprow Lewis LLP, a chartered accountancy firm, as their Financial Controller.

Linda Traore

Linda joined Conciliation Resources in June 2015 as the Mano River Finance Officer. She has a background in the transport sector, working for five years at the Finance Department at SITARAIL a railway company in Cote d'Ivoire. Prior to joining CR, she worked at the Peabody Trust at the Business Reporting Department. Linda has previously completed a Master Degree in Finance and Accounting and is working towards her ACCA qualification. 

David Elliott

David joined Conciliation Resources in December 2015. Prior to this, he was a Programme Assistant in climate change and agricultural policy at QUNO, a Geneva-based research and advocacy organization working with the United Nations. He has also completed internships at the UK-based public policy and research think tanks Demos and Joseph Rowntree Foundation.

Lucy Stanton

Lucy joined Conciliation Resources in July 2014. She was previously HR Assistant at Gates and Partners LLP, an aviation insurance practice. Lucy has a Certificate in Personnel Practice, is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and enjoys reading and sourcing vintage clothing. 

Gemma Galloway

Gemma first joined Conciliation Resources in January 2011, as Executive Assistant. She has a background in the humanitarian sector, working at The British Red Cross supporting health and social care programmes in Central Asia and carrying out deployment administration for ICRC delegates. Prior to joining Conciliation Resources, Gemma worked at Conscience: Taxes for Peace not War. Previous voluntary experience includes roles with the student support service Nightline and at a landmine museum in Cambodia.

Debbie Noble

Debbie joined Conciliation Resources in October 2012 after working for four years in the Finance Department at Newfrontiers International. Previously she completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Primary Education. 
As part of Conciliation Resources' operations team, Debbie is the first point of contact for payments and invoice queries. She is currently working towards her AAT qualification.

Sarah Hamilton

Sarah joined Conciliation Resources in February 2009 after working as an assistant accountant for The Prince's Foundation for the Built Environment. Previously she travelled extensively after completing a Bachelor of Arts degree in European Studies and Italian from the University of Western Australia.

As part of Conciliation Resources' operations team, Sarah oversees partner financial reporting and contracts, leads on internal budget-holder management reporting and donor reporting. She has completed the CAT qualification in accounting. Languages other than English: Italian.

Fred Langridge

Fred joined Conciliation Resources in 2011. They previously worked as a database developer and for supported housing organisations. Fred serves in a voluntary capacity in local and national Quaker roles and for bisexual community organisations.
In addition to managing Conciliation Resources' IT systems, Fred works on diversity and inclusion policy and research for Conciliation Resources as an employer and in our peacebuilding practice.
