The report covers the period 1 April 2011 – 31 March 2012 and relates to our work to increase government accountability in conflict zones through public participation in policymaking. The regions of focus are West Africa, Uganda/Southern Sudan, the Georgian/Abkhaz conflict region and Fiji.
