Cecilia brings to Conciliation Resources over 18 years of experience building and strengthening organisations in the Global South and North.
Lucy joined the Conciliation Resources team in September 2012 after completing an MSc in Violence, Conflict and Development at SOAS: the School of Oriental and African Studies. She has worked at the foreign affairs think tank, Chatham House, and as an International Client Coordinator for a private training company specialising in public administration.
Jonathan joined Conciliation Resources in December 1997 and developed the Caucasus programme. In September 2008 he became Director of Programmes overseeing all Conciliation Resources’ regional programmes.
