Bringing together traditional and modern methods of peacebuilding
Since 1995 Conciliation Resources has worked in Sierra Leone with the
Bo Peace and Reconciliation Movement (BPRM) – a community
voluntary peacebuilding union.
Over a decade later, BPRM are recognized
nationally for helping prevent and resolve over 1000 cases of
armed violence and community disputes.
This illustrated book documents BPRM's work and the lessons learned, with case studies to show how traditional and modern methods of peacebuilding can be successfully brought together.
