CHAPTER SIX GENERAL PROVISIONS ARTICLE 35 147. This Agreement shall be incorporated into the INC. 148. This Agreement can not be amended save with the consent of the Parties. 149. The Parties agree to settle any disagreement or dispute arising from this Agreement by peaceful means. The Parties further agree that in the event of a dispute concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement, they shall refer the constitutional issues to the Constitutional Court and other matters to a tripartite committee composed of representatives of GoS, the Eastern Front and the GoE. The tripartite committee shall be chaired by the representative of GoE. 150. This Agreement shall enter into force upon its signing by the Parties. Accordingly, the Parties shall take immediate steps to implement their obligations hereunder, including appropriate steps to give legal effect to the arrangements agreed herein. 151. The Parties commit themselves to ensure that all of the institutions, bodies, commissions, committees and other entities under their control, including their members, shall observe the terms of this Agreement. 152. The Government of the State of Eritrea shall register this Agreement with Secretary-General of United Nations.
