Partners The Conciliation Resources (CR) office in Sierra Leone was established in 1996 as part of our West Africa programme. CR-Sierra Leone staff and advisers collaborated closely on Paying the price: the Sierra Leone peace process. CR Sierra Leone To mark the publication of ‘Paying the price: the Sierra Leone peace process’ we held a launch event in Freetown and a ‘lessons learned’ seminar in London in September 2000.
