Speakers included Accord issue editor Guus Meijer and authors Jean-Michel Mabeko-Tali and Filomeno Vieira Lopes, along with Alex Vines, head of the Africa Programme at Chatham House. Both events were chaired by Professor David Birmingham, board member of the British Angola Forum. A launch seminar in Luanda, Angola with project partners Chà de Caxinde was supported by Carlos Figueiredo and the Observatório Político Social de Angola (OPSA).
