Ibrahim Bangura

Ibrahim Bangura has wide-ranging experience in the fields of disarmament, demobilisation and reintegration of ex-combatants (DDR), gender, child protection monitoring and rehabilitation, and research and monitoring and evaluation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and history, University of Sierra Leone; a master’s degree in gender studies, University of Sierra Leone; and a master’s in international development studies, University of Amsterdam.

John Caulker

John Caulker is the Executive Director of Fambul Tok. Previously, he was the Executive Director of Forum of Conscience, a national human rights NGO, and played a leading role in the Truth and Reconciliation Working Group, a civil society coalition which engaged critically with the Sierra Leonean Truth and Reconciliation Commission during its existence.

Paul Koroma

Paul Lansana Koroma works with the Network Movement for Justice and Development (NMJD) in Sierra Leone. He is a practitioner and trainer in participatory development processes and conflict transformation and a civil society activist. He is a founder member of the West African Network for peacebuilding (WANEP) of which he served as National Board Chair (2004–2009). Paul is also a member of the Action for Conflict Transformation International (ACTION) and the Global Alliance for Ministries and Infrastructures for Peace (GAMIP).

Oscar Bloh

Oscar Bloh serves as Country Director of Search for Common Ground in Liberia. With ten years experience of civil society sector work, he has significant experience of human rights training, governance issues and peacebuilding in post-conflict environments. He has recently served as chair of a national civil society coalition of 30 organisations tasked with monitoring the 2011 Liberian elections. 

Emmanuel Bombande

Emannuel Bombande is co-founder and Director of West Africa Network for Peacebuilding (WANEP), a regional, civil society peacebuilding organisation. Founded in 1998, WANEP has established strong national networks in every member state of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) and has over 500 member organisations across the region.
