Programme Intern, East and Central Africa Programme
Part-time, minimum of two days a week
Location: London-based (Islington)
Duration: minimum of three months
Voluntary position - travel/lunch expenses provided
We are seeking a French-speaking Programme Intern, for the East and Central Africa Programme who is highly motivated and has a keen interest in peacebuilding and/or governance in Africa, preferably in East and Central Africa. The intern will support the work of the East and Central Africa Programme through drafting reports, logistical support for events, data entry and a variety of administrative tasks to support project and programme goals.
This is a voluntary position. Lunch and travel expenses (within travelcard zones 1-6) will be reimbursed.
Closing date: 9:00 am, Monday 15 February 2010
Interview date: week beginning 22 February 2010
Start date: late February 2010
