Communications Manager (maternity cover)
- Salary: £39,058 plus 9% employer pension contribution
- Fixed-term contract - 9 months (possibility of extension)

The Communications Manager (maternity cover) will lead on the development, implementation and management of Conciliation Resources’ communications strategy in line with our mission and objectives. They will oversee all our communication channels and tools (website, ebulletins, publications, social media channels and media work). They will lead the communications team in providing support to the rest of the organisation; ensuring all our publications and resources are produced to the highest standard and achieve the greatest impact.
Candidates should have knowledge of a range of communications activities, and experience in overseeing and monitoring communications channels, and managing budgets. They should have substantial experience of writing and editorial work, working with an organisational brand, developing internal and external communication strategies, working with the media and managing websites. They should have outstanding interpersonal and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence, advise and motivate others as well as excellent organisational and project management skills.
Knowledge of international contexts and issues, and experience of working in a multicultural environment is also important.
