Conciliation Resources is an independent organisation working with people in conflict to prevent violence and build peace. We are urgently seeking consultancy services from an individual or organisation with the relevant experience and expertise to undertake a Mid-Term Review (MTR) of the Fiji support programme, which is funded by the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT). The MTR will assess the effectiveness and relevance of the programme to date, and provide recommendations to inform the implementation of the programme until the end of the current funding agreement. The Terms of Reference for the MTR sets out the expected outputs, the experience and skills required by the consultant, and the recruitment and delivery timescales.
